Finally got our roof replaced! Taylor at First Class General Contracting made this process so easy and quick! From being with us when we made the call to file our insurance claim and being here with the adjuster, we are so happy with our choice in roofing company.

I'm not sure where I'd be in terms of my damaged roof if Robert didn't knock on my door one afternoon. Once I opened the door (which I never do) we got the ball rolling. Both Nick and Robert made the entire process from beginning to end, completely easy. Not only are they awesome people to converse with but they do an amazing and thorough job. From the onset, Nick made me and my wife at ease. He walked us through the insurance claim process and was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel pressured with a high-pressure sales pitch. We were very impressed with the speed at which the claim process moved. The whole process took less than three weeks from the time that we processed the claim to the time that First Class completed the work. Of course, Nick stayed on top of the process through every step in the project. The roofers with First Class did a phenomenal job. They were fast, efficient and the roof looks fantastic. We were most impressed with how clean they were. We would have expected to find some occasional nails lying around in the yard following the work but we never even found one nail. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with First Class. They were professional throughout and they produced an end product that we can be proud of. We are happy to offer them our recommendation.

Called them because we had a leak in the bedroom. They responded that day and tarped the roof. They then helped us call the insurance company and get everything approved, while walking us through the entire process so we had no stress. I have already recommended them to everyone I know. The owner even came out and inspected everything to make sure it was done correctly.
