First Class GC, LLC is a family-owned roofing and exterior restoration company based on Land O’ Lakes Blvd in Pasco County. Quality control on every roof

Each roof is inspected several times during replacement by your project manager, and the owners spot-check jobs unannounced. We install systems to the manufacturer’s specifications so qualifying roofs are eligible for the full manufacturer warranty.

Roofs Built for Florida Weather

West-central Florida roofs deal with hurricane-season wind, daily summer downpours, intense UV, and algae. Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Hernando counties all build to the Florida Building Code, and our installs follow its wind-resistance, deck-attachment, and secondary-water-barrier rules. (The stricter High-Velocity Hurricane Zone rules apply only in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.) We choose underlayment, fasteners, and shingles rated for local wind speeds, plus algae-resistant products where they make sense.
